'Winter Sleep' is at Cannes Competition
It has been officially announced that Nuri Bilge Ceylan's
latest film, 'Winter Sleep', has been selected to the competition section
of 67th Cannes Film Festival, which will take place from May 14th to
25th May, 2014.
Please note that the Gala Screening of 'Winter Sleep' in Cannes will be on May 16th at 15h00 at the Grand Theatre Lumiere. There will be another screening next day in 17th May in Salle du Soixantiéme at 14:30.

Production
'Winter Sleep' had been shot in about 14 weeks mostly in the Cappadocia region of Turkey in the winter time. The long editing and postproduction session following the shootings is still going on.
